However, in the unlikely event that an issue arises, we are here to resolve it promptly and professionally.
1. Return and Refund Eligibility Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will offer an exchange or a full refund based on your preference.Damaged Product: In the rare instance that a product is damaged during transit, we will Return and Refund Immediately process a full refund for the damaged product once it is returned.Exchange Service: If you prefer to receive the same product, we will arrange for an exchange. The replacement product will be delivered on the same day or the next day, depending on availability and delivery times.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue.We will arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect product at no cost to you.
3. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is confirmed.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items unless they fall under the conditions mentioned above.
